⑥ Mixing capacity of each batch: 1200kg/batch
⑦ Aggregates: Clean and sized aggregates with moisture content <5%, dust content <1%, density ≥1.6t/m3. Needle-type or flat aggregate is not acceptable. Aggregates density, PH and hardness should conform to Material Regulations on Road Construction made by Ministry of Communication.
⑧ Mineral powder: Bag-packaged clean mineral powder or bulk fresh mineral powder, with moisture content less than 1%
⑨ Bitumen: Standard bitumen in conformity with national regulations
⑩ Fuel: Approved/ certified fuel with test report released by the testing authority. Fuel application should conform to relevant provisions specified in Burner’s Operation Introduction
